Returns & Refund Policy
We want our returns process to be clear and fair. The following policy applies to Neuronic products purchased from Neural Synchrony in South Africa.

1. Voluntary Returns of Non-Defective Products
This Is Not a Trial Programme
A Neuronic product is sold as a purchased product, not as a free trial, rental or “try-before-you-buy” arrangement.
Neural Synchrony does not offer a free trial, satisfaction guarantee, or 30, 60 or 90-day trial period under which a used, non-defective product may simply be returned for a full refund.
Individual responses to photobiomodulation vary. A change of mind, unmet expectations regarding results, or a decision that the product is no longer required does not, by itself, mean that the product is defective.
Where Neural Synchrony nevertheless agrees to accept the voluntary return of an opened or used, non-defective product, the maximum refund is 80% of the original product purchase price, subject to inspection and the conditions of this policy.
The 20% deduction takes account of the handling, inspection, testing and preparation required following the return of an opened or used personal-use device, as well as the effect of prior use on its resale value.
2. Condition of Returned Products
For a voluntary return, the product must be returned:
- In good working condition
- Without physical damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling
- With all supplied accessories, including the battery, charger and cables
- With the original packaging
- Without unauthorised modifications or repairs
All returned products will be inspected and tested before any refund is processed.
Where accessories or components are missing, or the product has been damaged beyond reasonable use, Neural Synchrony reserves the right to reduce or decline a voluntary refund where permitted by law.
3. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Neuronic products supplied by Neural Synchrony are covered by the applicable one-year manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to qualifying product faults and defects and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Where a warranty claim is made, Neural Synchrony may request that the product be returned for inspection and testing before the appropriate remedy is determined.
